Set of blocks for running rigging of the Roter Löwe 1597 model in 1:55 scale, designed for more detailed and historically accurate rigging of a Renaissance European sailing ship.

The blocks correspond to the continental type commonly used in Europe during the 16th and 17th century and their shapes and proportions are based on period references used on historical sailing ships of this era.

The set contains CNC machined single, double and triple blocks of various sizes together with violin blocks, liftblocks, sheet blocks, pendant blocks, deadeyes, rope grommets and other specialized fittings used for running rigging.

All blocks are manufactured from walnut wood using CNC machining technology to achieve precise shapes, fine details and realistic appearance of the complete set.

Compared to standard kit parts, the set offers finer details, more accurate proportions and a significantly more authentic appearance of the finished model.

For complete rigging of the model, the set can also be combined with standing rigging deadeyes, yard tackles and AMATI model ship ropes.
