    History on Wikipedia HERE

    HMS Prince was built by Pitt Phineas, son of the builder Royal Souvering in 1670. The sailing ship was armed with 100 guns and manned by a crew of over 780 men. The ship was dismantled after 1692 and some of the timber was used to build the Royal William.
