Material: veneer thickness of 0.3mm, laminated: beech and oak
Description of deck: Deck is trimmed to the veneer to match the historical facts. It is demonstrated by the deck of the real ship Cutty Sark, which is in dry-dock at the English Greenwich . And Theemopylae was a same construction as Cutty Sark. 
Design of peripheral boards called "Waterway". Laying of individual boards. Their endings to the waterway, especially on the bow so called "Hacking" and narrowing towards the rear. Marked pins by which were nailed to the deck-beams - beams holding the deck so called "Treenline". All this accords with practices at a given time during the construction of the ship. Veneer deck precisely fits on a plastic board this model. There are cut out all the openings in the deck, as on the plastic parts. Roofs of boarding houses have also cut out plywood cover.
