Harvey 1:60, Artesania Latina - set of sails

Material: 100% cotton, weight 125 g/m². The fabric was pre-washed before processing to minimize further shrinkage during finishing.

Sail description: Complete set of sails for the Harvey 1:60 model by Artesania Latina. The sails are sewn on a CNC sewing machine, then hand-cut and hand-finished.

The cut and construction of the sails reflect historical sailmaking practices.

• The sail hems are wider at the upper edge than along the sides and the foot.
• The sails are reinforced at the corners and at the reefing points.
• Reinforcement is also provided along the reefing lines (reef bands).
  
  

Finishing notice: The sails are supplied in a basic state and require final finishing according to the chosen method – especially ironing, impregnation, cutting out, optional sewing or attaching of bolt ropes, and subsequent installation on the model.
