Detailed information

Product detailed description

Description: The schooner Lilla Dan was built in 1951 at the J. Ring Andersen shipyard in Svendborg, Denmark, for the J. Lauritzen shipping company, which used it as a school craft to train the cadets of her school in Kogtved. A sailboat with an auxiliary engine, built honestly mostly of oak and beech wood, still serves as a cruise ship - and you and your crew can hire it for your party in the Baltic. Lilla Dan is designed for advanced shipbuilders; is designed as a non-floating desktop model.

Lilla Dan has a hull of classic wooden construction made of laser-cut parts with plank plating, wooden deck and superstructures. The kit contains all the wooden, plastic and metal parts needed to complete the model, mock-up accessories, tarpaulins, etc.
