International Registered Mail – Priority
The International Recommended Shipment - Priority is intended for shipments with a maximum weight of 2 kg, a maximum length of 60 cm, a maximum height of 5 cm.

International Insurance Parcel - Priority
Recommended International Shipment - Priority is intended for shipments with a maximum weight of 30 kg, a maximum length of 200 cm, and the sum of the lengths of the edges must not exceed 300 cm.

Dispatch of parcel
We will send you the goods through the Czech Post as the International Registered Mail - Priority no later than 2 business days after payment or confirmation of the cash on delivery order. However, we usually send it on the day of payment or confirmation of the order for cash on delivery.
You will be informed of the shipment by e-mail with shipping number on the day of shipment.

Another way to track a shipment is on your local mail carrier website (such as USPS, Royal Mail, Deutsche post, La Poste,...), where the mailing number is to be retrieved after receiving by mail. Usually after 5 business days after shipping.

Where I find my tracking number (TN):

  1. I send you a TN in email when you are shopping via my e-shop with the announcement about shipping and you will also find it in “My account”.
  2. If you pay by Paypal TN is written in Paypal in your particular payment transaction
  3. When you buy things via Amazon, eBay or Allegro, you will find TN after login on your account in every of your transaction.
  4. I can sand you TN on your request. To this I need your basic information and date of transaction.

Delivery time:
In the EU, usually 3-5 business days
Other countries, usually 11-16 business days 

If you will not be reached at the time of delivery at your address, your shipment will be stored for 15-20 days at your post office.
If you do not pick it up at this time, it will automatically be rolled back. The seller is entitled to an adequate reimbursement of the costs associated with the re-delivery of the goods.
If the nature of the shipment requires, we reserve the right to change the carrier.
