    Please take care to get your delivery in time!!
    If you don’t get your delivery in time, please accept my apology, but in 99 % cases it is caused by delivery companies and it is needed to find out where the delivery is. To do this you need a Tracking Number. In Terms of delivery, you can find information’s about the tracking number and delivery time.

    For the deliveries in Czech and Slovakia:
    For delivery tracking you can use Czech post website HERE, in Slovak post HERE or different alternative pages as for example: for tracking all deliveries Trackingmore HERE or 17Track HERE.

    For the international deliveries:
    Again you can use Trackingmore HERE or 17Track HERE
    Next you can use webpages for delivery tracking in particular countries. Most often destinations:
    Australia – Australia post
    France - La Poste
    Canada – Canada Post
    Germany – Deutsche post or DHL.de
    Norway - Posten
    Poland – Poczta Polska
    Austria - 
    Russia - Russia Post
    USA – USPS, and HERE you can register and be aware of any actualization for delivery movement.
    Spain – Spain national post Correos

    If the delivery is saved in the post office and it is obvious that there was an attempt for delivery, do not wait for delivery and contact your post office. Often happened that package was not delivered, and you didn’t receive the notification. If the delivery waiting for picking up more than 14 days and customer do not pick up, it is returned. And you will need to pay new postage.

    In the case that you cannot find your delivery anyway please contact me, I will help you. For faster search please write me your contact, invoice number and Tracking Number.

    Do not forget to check delivery conditions before you accept it! Don’t accept damaged packages or make a note about damage with description for the case of return if needed.

    Don’t despair! Your delivery will be found. I sent several thousand deliveries during last years, and no one was lost!
