Workflow - use of sails

Material: 100% cotton, grammage – 125 gms. The fabric was pre-washed.. 
Description of sails: A complete sail set made specifically for this model. The sails are sewn on a CNC machine, then hand-cut and hand-finished. The set is complete, excluding studding sails. It includes 8 square (yard) sails, 9 Jib an Stay sails, and 1 Latin sail.

The detailed description of the sails:
-    Upper bend sails are in a standard way larger than the side and bottom. Exceptions are fore course, main course and topsails where in the lateral reinforcing strips tapering towards the top.
-    "Buntline cloths“ are sewed from the lower edge of the sail, from places where the sail ropes were fastened - Buntline. Which was used to furling the sails.
-    There is strengthening at the site of reef ropes fastening so called "Reef band". Number of reef strips depends on the number of reefs on sail.
-    Topgalantsails, spritsails course and topsails and other smaller sails are strengthened.
-    Only topsails are lined on the reverse side at the point where they rest on the fighting top (so-called top lining). This lining prevents wear and chafing against the top platform.
-    The fore and main sails are lined on the reverse side at the mast (mast lining), preventing wear and chafing against the mast.
-    Staysails and jib sails are reinforced at the corners on the starboard side when viewed from astern, as specified by regulations. In addition, sails with a vertical luff are reinforced along the entire length of the vertical edge.
